Its my first day in canoeing today =) i say,it was tough,it's like alot more worst compared to anything i have ever experience before.LOL.
1.Push ups: 10 each out of 12 sets...Total 120..Thats fine if it was 10 then rest the another 10 BUT, there isnt rest in between.we have to like hold ourselves on push up position...it was terrible since it my first time...After 90,im dead..could only do 2 then rest then another 2 till i reach 120 -.-
2.Crunches,and 36 ways to train abs...Wow,for being such fat person like me,its really hard to complete it -.- we did 60 total in one go...hopefully,this training pays off and will somehow rid of me of my fats..LOL
3.a round around the WHOLE school..LOL...that was alright since it wasn't that far...just about 5 KM...however,we were running in the rain so our shoes were all wet and pretty much heavier than usual,it was alright though =)
4.The caterpillar run,This is really exhausting...after doing all those stuff,they saved this for us...It goes like:all 150 of us jog in two rows and the last 2 will have to sprint up to the front...wow,and the cycle like goes for like 5-6 times...imagine jogging and then sprinting once in awhile...LOL...its really exhaustin'...
Im tired now,really tired,and the worst part,i still have my animation assignment due by tmr -.-...but still,i better get my rest =)...The training is tough but its possible to endure them =)
