My second day in canoeing training...It was so much easier than last week...haha.
1.we did 100 push ups straight =) 20 less than last week...hahaha..I don't think its alot anymore,i could endure =)
2.Went on a 4km run around our school.wasn't that far =)
3.30 pull ups,100 crunches,50 SLOW push ups and 200 jumping jacks...hahaha...This was immediatelt after the 4km run...LOL...struggled with the 50 Slow push ups like HELL...
Well,overall,i think the training is getting easier =) but im sure the seniors will make it a lot tougher for us next week...hopefully not though...haha..I can feel that im getting fitter everytime i go for the training...HOWEVER...seems like im still not losing my fats =(..man....Still as fat as ever =(
